Simply-Designed Halter-Style Romper – Sleeveless

Our simply-designed black halter-style romper can be thought of as a blank canvas upon which you can create the outfit that you want with the addition of chunky jewelry. The bodice is a standard halter-style that ties around the neck with thin spaghetti straps. The shoulders of the wearer are exposed, as is the upper part of the back.
