Women’s Off Shoulder Top – Long Sleeves / Smocking at Waistline

This women’s off shoulder top is a wonderfully feminine style that features an extra-wide, elasticized neckline that has small ruffle at the top. The neckline pulls down over both shoulders to expose them, the upper chest and upper back. We used our fine quality cotton-acrylic blend fabric to create this top. It is soft and easy to wear next to the skin. The top features full, long sleeves with loose elastic bands at the wrists. There is lovely smocking at the waistline and a gathered portion at the bottom. The hemline completely covers the hips and thus, any unwanted figure flaws.
